Cancellations, exchanges and returns

For your peace of mind, we offer a 30-day return policy on eligible non-personalized items that arrive damaged or have confirmed quality issues. We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience for every customer.
I Cancellations
Please carefully review size, color, quantity, shipping address, and all order details before completing your purchase.
Once an order is placed, it may enter processing immediately and cannot always be changed or canceled.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at service@sayingtee.com as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Notice:
- Orders canceled more than 12 hours after placement may incur a 20% processing fee
- Orders cannot be canceled after 3 days from purchase
- Shipped orders are not eligible for cancellation
II Exchanges
If you need to change size, color, or style, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at service@sayingtee.com.
Our support team will respond within 24 hours.
Please note:
- Exchange requests may be subject to product availability
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
- We recommend avoiding exchanges with large price differences to ensure smooth processing
- Requests made after 6 hours may not be guaranteed
III Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Not washed, worn, or altered
- Approved by our customer service team before return
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us at service@sayingtee.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 24 hours and provide return instructions and return address.
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and follow the provided return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange according to our policy.
Refund Information
- Credit card refunds: 7–14 business days
- PayPal refunds: typically within 48 hours after processing
Return Shipping Responsibility
1) Seller-covered cases:
We will cover return shipping costs if the issue is due to:
- Wrong item shipped
- Wrong size or color sent
- Product arrives damaged or defective
Photo proof may be required for verification.
2) Buyer-covered cases:
Customers are responsible for return shipping if:
- Wrong size selected
- Personal preference on fabric or fit
- Subjective dissatisfaction with style or material
Shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.
Important Notes
- Items damaged due to improper washing, misuse, or perfume odor are not eligible for return
- COD return packages are not accepted
- Unauthorized returns will not be refunded
- Items returned without approval will be rejected
- We reserve the right to deduct value loss for used or damaged items
