3. PRICE

Prices are subject to change without notice unless confirmed in writing. Pricing errors or system issues may result in order cancellation. All prices exclude taxes, customs duties, or import fees unless stated otherwise.

4. TRANSPORTATION

Shipping method and carrier are determined by Sayingtee unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external logistics factors.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

We may require advance payment or additional verification when necessary. Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation. Customers remain responsible for unpaid balances.

6. TAXES AND IMPORT/EXPORT LICENSES

All taxes, duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Required import/export licenses must be obtained by the customer.

7. TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is shipped. Claims for damage or loss must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Ownership remains with Sayingtee until full payment is received.

8. LIABILITY

Sayingtee is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of products. Claims for missing or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Verified claims may result in replacement or refund.

9. REMEDIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sayingtee shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion. These remedies are the sole obligations of Sayingtee.

10. SELECTION

Customers are responsible for ensuring product suitability. Sayingtee is not liable for misuse or improper selection. Customers must comply with applicable laws regarding product use.

11. GENERAL

All products are produced in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

13. SHIPPING AND RETURNS NOTES

Shipping is charged only once per order unless otherwise stated. No restocking fees apply unless specified. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Packages marked delivered but lost due to customer authorization are not covered.
